I am wanting to work from home, and need a reliable source for making a decent living.

Please don’t spam me with too-good-to-be-true MLM and get rich schemes. Been there, done that, not interested.

Ad Surf Daily Scam or the next Google?

It is a well known fact that 97 % of Network Marketers fail. Only 3% make money.

Actually this 3% are the survivors that persisted . These are people that never quit. They continued their hard and rough journey in network marketing. They are the ones that believe in the MLM industry. They believe that someday, they will make money in their online business or businesses.

I have to be selective and resourceful , analytical and I have to do my due diligence to look for a stable company with good management, good compensation plan, good leaders, good products that have been tested to do the job that they are supposed to do. and they should have a with a huge market.

Experience is the best teacher if one is willing to learn from his mistakes, avoid the same ones and use that wisdom to go on and search for a better MLM vehicle to ride on. There are sother factors to consider also to succeed in online business. You can have the best company, but if you do not have a good marketing method to market your products, you are not going to succeed. So you should have also an effective marketing method.

Are You Killing Your Cal Nutrasciences CNI Business ?

Question: I have driven a truck for the last several years, what career move should I make?

I am 42, I have Management experience in Restaurant and Retail fields. I have sales experience in the beverage and insurance fields. (hated the cold calling). I also have limited experience with quickbooks doing payroll and a little bit of data entry. I sell sports clothing and items on ebay for just a little extra cash, nothing major. I have a large family and not much (nothing really) put away in the way of savings, so whatever move I make it needs to pay off right away. I search monster, yahoo jobs, and career builder every chance I get, I am employed I just want a stable job with regular hours and pay. I need at least 45K a year, more would be nice obviously. I am in the North Houston area and do not want to relocate. Just looking for serious suggestions, thanks!

Answer: You don't say whether or not you want to stay in the same field. Also, you don't say whether you are short or long hauling (I don't all of the proper industry terms, sorry). I have a friend who was in a similar situation, he was a truck driver for several years (both local hauling/construction and longer cross country) He has a family and very limited undergraduate education. We helped him apply to places like FedEx (always looking for drivers which good records, pays good, stable company, and good benefits for employee and family).

You live in a major Metro area, which is to your advantage.
Look up "ShredIt" (a commercial off-site shredding company) or a similar company. These places come by offices, pick up documents and securely transfer them to a local shredding facility.

One more suggestion: check with the airport. There is all kind of passenger and freight traffic coming in and out of airports, they need drivers!

All of these suggestions are assuming that you want to still use your driving skills.

First writing articles and press releases is a very effective way to gain exposure for your business. Writing articles and press releases help you gain exposure. You will have to write and submit articles and press releases daily, in order to be fully effective. Writing one or two articles will not cut it.

Another excellent way to gain traffic for your business is learning how to drive your website to the top of the search engines. Having your site on the first page of Google for a particular keyword is an excellent way to drive business to your website.
