Question: Can not study at home! please help!?
I have a big problem at home. I can not work on my projects at home. I play video games watch porn more than 5 times and watch videos on youtube and reading crap except doing my job (which is very important). And in the night after wasting that much time I feel guilty and regretful and my mind becomes extremely depressed (No explanation!).I don’t know what is wrong with me. Is there any herbal or other medicine that can help me to concentrate and work and make me calm ? I am about 27 and I am not that much young to do these stuff. please let me know.
Other information:
I am a loner. Don’t have any close friends. Don’t enjoy to hang out with my friends. Don’t feel love. Missed my family.
