First of all, lets review the five key essentials we developed in an earlier article.

There may be more than one company that meets all of these criteria, but having been in the network marketing business off and on since 1966, yah, I know, I must be an old guy,
There is a company that just launched on Oct.9th, 2009 that I believe meets them with flying colors. That company is Eiro Research.
How do they meet #1?
The CEO and CFO, Chris Hausman and Joe O’Connor have been there, done that. These gentlemen started and directed the number one selling skin care company that sold only thru dermatologists and plastic surgeons, not only in the U.S. but in a total of 35 countries world wide. It was so successful that Lorreal bought them out a few years ago.
They and their entire management team are heading up Eiro Research, it will be extremely successful, it won’t go away in a year or two.
How do they meet #2?
Mr. Hausman and Mr. O’Connor had no experience with network marketing or MLM so they needed to find the people who did, and they invited two of the best to join them. Bo Short, who went to the top of two network marketing companies and was also the CEO of another, along with Ty Tribble, the #1 internet blogger on MLM in the world. These two have also been there, done that and done it well, they know the how tos. They have both been named to the list of 52 brightest minds in network marketing.
#3 Timing and emerging market trends
At the present time, nutrition is absolutely number one! It is projected to be a $1 Trillion dollar industry by 2012 or 13 depending on who you listen to. And in that market the fasting growing products are functional beverages, hands down and the function of those beverages is nutrition, weight loss and energy. Eiro research addresses all three of these needs and does it simply and effectively.
#4 Exclusive, Best in-class Products.
Okay, there are a bunch of nutrition companies selling through MLM and others who have added nutrition of some sort in order to take advantage of the times. But, have they done their own research with their own team of professionals? Once again Eiro Research has their own development team that have done the work and brought us a product that truly is Best in-class, including a first to market ingredient.
#5 Compensation Plan, a Hybrid Pay Plan
Last but in no way least. A compensation plan that actually puts the distributor first and is set up so that they make money right from the start. This compensation plan is the fairest to the distributor’s benefit first and not set up to ensure that the company is able to buy planes and big buildings, etc. Wow, what a concept!
We would like to invite you to take a look at a company and opportunity that will carve out a very recognizable place in this industry and do so quickly. Their goal? To have more people that make $500 dollars a month, not the one who has X number of millionaires, although they will have, boy, sounds down to earth.
