Question: Finding Business Partners to help obtain capital?

I am planning on starting up a business. The problem is, I hear a lot of talk about resumes being very important in obtaining Venture Capital. This makes perfect sense and at all, but my resume is very fresh. I think the best idea is to find a partner who would become the CEO of this company with me having a different job description.

My question: Where do I find a business partner?

Answer: You don't have to have a partner to obtain capital.
