Why Is Direct Selling the Best? (Robert Kiyosaki)

Most people have heard of Robert Kiyosaki. Below is a video where Financial expert and NY Times best selling author, Robert Kiyosaki, explains the idea behind his famous book, Rich Dad Poor Dad. He also goes onto share his wisdom about what types of businesses he considers to be the best. There are many business opportunities that you can work at home and make money the Rich Dad Poor Dad (Robert Kiyosaki) way.

The concept of Rich Dad Poor Dad

Since the value of the dollar goes down year on year as the cost of living goes up, getting a job and making money as an employee is not going to be enough. Robert Kiyosaki explains about E, B, S, and I. While his poor dad taught him to work hard as an employee alone, his rich dad taught him to be a business owner and an investor. While some people aspire to work for security and to get a good job, some work for freedom so that they will not have to work for the rest of their lives. In another word, they work for passive income.

Direct selling businesses are perfect according to Robert. It is the skills that will make you money. Robert also favors network marketing companies because they work hard to help their reps make money, providing support and everything they could provide to ensure the success of their reps. Why? They are not being charitable but if their reps make money then so will they. Network marketing businesses are also easy to start and cheap to start. Joining a network marketing company can cost as little as nothing to under a hundred dollar whereas. If you were to start your own business from scratch, it would cost a lot of money.

Robert Kiyosaki stresses the importance of building a business, instead of working hard on a job. He says to hire others to work for you, not work for someone else. In this economy, job security is no longer a security. You can get laid off any time even if you have been a good employee all year long. Even people who have been at a company for many years can get laid off. Nothing is certain in the job market but, if you have your own business, you can always be certain to have something that will make you money. You can now work on the skills so that your business will make you money no matter what state the economy is.

Lots of people are skeptical about starting their own business. Starting something is not as certain as getting a paycheck – at least not initially. However, Robert shares the importance of having a support structure or having friends and family to support your decisions. The problem is, for many people, friends and family are not always supportive and they usually do not share your vision and goals. This is another reason why Robert likes network marketing companies. Direct sale companies provide support for you to become your own boss. If you do not have friends and family to support you, network marketing companies provide you with a new set of friends that will help you and make sure you succeed. Being a member of a team is important because you will have people that you can count on them and they too can count on you. A direct selling business allows you to take the time to become your own boss, transitioning away from working for someone else to working for yourself. It is a patient way to support you to make a change in your life.
