Question: PLS ADVISE!! Should I change my job?

I got offer from a new company, from Bosch. Advantages- Permanent job, German co.(I am a German language expert in Bangalore), salary will be 10% more than present.
Disadvantages- job profile quite low, people are not that great (I heard), u cant use Internet there, I have drive 1 hour every day (to & fro 2 hrs atleast)
Right now I am working in IBM, Bangalore- advantages- I dont have to work much, very low job pressure
Disadvantages- it’s a contract job (I can get fired anytime) so no job security, dont have friends here, I feel like an outsider as I am more of a support staff & than an imp. member of the team; looks like there is not much future here

Pls give me ur honest opinion. Should I move to Bosch or stay in IBM. I think I wanna move to Bosch, but I want an honest opinion from u. Thanks!!
