Question: Which mlm companies have the BEST/EASIEST compensation plans around?

The TOP 5 in the biz!!!

Answer: Now this is one of the best questions that I have seen since I have been active on here.

As a Consultant to countless Home based Biz Owners I find myself always (1) telling clients to research this very aspect of each MLM or Networking opportunity (2) Doing tons of research myself – as I have developed a couple really successful Network driven businesses. One thing that I look into FIRST is the compensation structure before I take on the challenge.

I am currently working with Vemma Nutrition Co. and by far they have one of the most sophisticated compensation plans out right now, because they pay based on volume and not levels. This is nice because each person that I get involved only has to do a little bit but be willing to teach someone else to do a little bit… More people doing a little vs one person having to murder themselves building a business… To do this you have to:

1. Love to help other people
2. Have an authentic desire to improve health
3. Be willing to put in the work to really establish a good team –

I would suggest that you research Vemma and what they are doing. I am all in and LOVE it – It’s a Networking dream…

Question: Promoting a Business Opp – Internet Marketing?

I have a business opportunity that I need to promote and get people to join. Where would you and how would you suggest I promote this particular thing?
Its not an MLM, its no cost, etc…but its best to be 18+ so its hard to post on forums without getting a kid to message me.
Any suggestions…or if there are any gurus out there, any systems you use?

Answer: Make a list of sites that attract would-be entrepreneurs and those looking to make money from home. Search for keywords such as “home business” or “business opportunities” or “business ideas” — then make a list of those sites. My site for example attracts a lot of bizopp advertisers because my site attracts the type of customers they want

Then check with Adwords and other pay per click marketing. Be careful though as it can get expensive.

Check print publications such as Entrepreneur Magazine, as they always have bizopp ads because they reach the type of customers you want.

Question: Latest MLM nonsense, just tried the Goji juice.?

Tried the Goji Juice with an open mind several times (and several dollars later) and found nothing positive to say as a result. I was told my negative attitude was blocking the ability for the Goji Juice to work becuase I didn’t “beleive” it would work. Now how is that? Suddenly this miracle juice is a faith based juice and works only if you are thinking positive? Not to mention, I drank it with a completely open mind because my aunt is caught up in this nonsense and I do in fact love her, so I tried it out. I would love nothing more than to find a tonic that does what those in Freelife suggest, but the reality is they ALL are convincing themselves of the product to justify being in their silly MLM business…isn’t this right?

Answer: The first problem is that your Aunt is selling a product on the notion of having medical qualifications when her only qualification was that she signed a distributorship with an MLM company.

Secondly, your Aunt probably told you about all sorts of amazing claims that their wonder tonic has, perhaps even some of their own. Your Aunt, however, naively thinks that just because there is a lot of hype around the product (misplaced because the hype is really about keeping them in MLM, not selling product), that the product must be great. Your Aunt was undoubtedly unable to come up with anyone other than family/friends of her own or other MLMers in with their company who could offer a positive review...ie. they have never heard an unbiased opinion on the product.

Your Aunt also undoubtedly told you about all sorts of medical research on the product that justifies how great it is, but just like MLMers in any other MLM company selling the latest "wonder tonic" (there are always new ones replacing the old ones), your Aunt naively forgot to read them closely and see that the reviews were specifically in regards to an ingredient in the product, not the product themselves. Goji makes up about 20% of the product, whereas the remaining is just juice. You are paying nearly $40 for 80% juice. If you read any review in an unbiased manner on Goji you will find that there is nothing more positive about Goji said than is said about tea leaves. Yet MLMers convince themselves that selling 20%tea/80% juice at $40 a bottle with totally unjustified claims is a smart business idea.

Lastly, just as in all MLM companies, those trying to convince you of their product/business are more driven by hype than by fact, more driven by potential than by results, and more driven by bias than any logical reasoning. MLMers will look flat in the face of logic and fact and assume the exact opposite because it justifies their naive dreams and because their upline coddles them and tells them the rest of the world is naive...this same upline who claims to be making all sorts of MLM money yet never shared any proof with their downline. Due diligence is like kryptonite to the MLMer. Quite laughable!

MLMers will inevitably follow me calling me the negative one, calling me the biased one, calling me the uneducated one...yet all I did was point out the obvious. You decide, although it sounds like you have already found out the truth.

Eventually your aunt will learn selling hype with the hope of a future fortune at the expense of family relationships and credibility isn't quite worth it.

Ask yourself the following questions:

Starting a home-based business takes a strong individual, who wants to have a secure financial future.  This person can start by building their business while the children are sleeping, a couple hours after work, or even on the weekends.  Going through this process is life changing and can create extra income to experience all of the wonderful things that God has created for us.  For instance, you can donate more to your Church, you can have extra time and money for charitable events, go on missionary trips, you can participate more in raising your children, or have the money to travel and visit relatives or places that you have always dreamed about.  

Remember that you cannot help anyone rise above, if you are in the ditch with them.  Stand up and follow your calling, be successful, and then you can happily give others the tools necessary to rise above and be useful to those in need. 1. I look for a company that is financially solid and has a product that I feel can help people.

2. Yes, I look for a product I would enjoy sharing. It would be pretty difficult to market something I hated or thought wasn't worth the money.

3.Yes, I study the compensation plan. The beauty of that is you can see what your potential income would be based on your sales and how much work you're willing to put into it...unlike many people who accept JOBS without ever asking what their income will be.

4. You have to understand who your target market is or you will waste a good deal of your time and/or get discouraged and give up.

5. If a company is worth it's while, it will come with not one but several mentors who will all teach you their own unique way of doing business. You can choose which one works best for you.

6. I am a mentor.

7. I don't think greed has anything to do with it. I have never been greedy nor have I ever signed anyone who signed up based on greed. Wanting to have unlimited income has nothing to do with greed and everything to do with being a good business person. Most people strive to be the best that they can be, regardless of whether they're working a menial job, they're a real estate broker or they're an oil tycoon.
Anyone who considers it greedy to want more out of life and are willing to work hard for it, is not a business person and has some deep hang-ups about money.
